Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of AI Ninja OS (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
1. What the Service is
AI Ninja OS turns a business idea you describe into an AI-generated business blueprint. The output is a starting point produced by an automated model — it is not professional, legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. See our AI Disclaimer for how to treat generated content.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. You're responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- generate content that sexually exploits or endangers minors;
- develop weapons capable of mass casualties (biological, chemical, nuclear, or radiological);
- break the law, infringe others' rights, or facilitate fraud or harm;
- abuse, overload, scrape, reverse-engineer, or circumvent rate limits, quotas, or security controls of the generation endpoint.
We screen input and may refuse, suspend, or terminate access for violations. Usage is metered per plan; circumventing limits is a breach of these Terms.
4. Your content and the output
You retain ownership of the ideas you submit. As between you and us, you own the blueprints generated for you and may use them for any lawful purpose. You're responsible for how you use the output and for verifying it before relying on it. You grant us a limited license to process your input and store your input and output so you can return to them and so we can operate the Service.
AI-generated output may be non-unique — similar input can produce similar results for other users — and we make no claim that output is original to you or free of third-party rights.
5. Plans, billing, and cancellation
- Paid plans are recurring subscriptions billed in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
- You can cancel anytime from your account's billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Prices are shown exclusive of taxes unless stated; applicable taxes may be added. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
- Each plan includes a monthly generation allowance. The free plan includes a limited number of generations per month; paid plans include higher allowances.
6. Intellectual property
The Service itself — its software, design, branding, and the “AI Ninja OS” name — is owned by us and our licensors. These Terms grant you no rights to our trademarks or platform code beyond using the Service as intended.
7. Availability and changes
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Generation depends on third-party model providers and may change, pause, or vary in quality. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date and, where appropriate, by notice. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or business decisions made in reliance on generated output. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to comply with law.
